Justin Peluso
Director of Packaging
Justin is part of the 4th generation of Pelusos to work at Shawmut Communications Group and has played a pivotal role in the evolution of the company. While he got his start in the shipping department during high school and later worked in fulfillment and bindery while earning his bachelor’s degree at Wheaton College, Justin’s most notable contribution has been spearheading Shawmut’s packaging division. He was instrumental in launching and growing this segment of the business, helping to position Shawmut as a trusted partner for custom folding cartons and sustainable packaging solutions. Today, Justin draws on his deep production knowledge and client-first mindset to develop high-impact packaging and print programs that are both cost-effective and results-driven.
