In order to drive up awareness and support for the unique challenges that community hospitals face, athenahealth created this My Hospital, My Community contest. To enter they asked people to share what their hospital means to them and winners would receive one of five cash donations to the hospital or similar charity. To help them get the word out about this great contest we helped them produce these toolkits, filled with resources to help each hospital promote the contest. The kit included instruction sheets, two sizes of posters, table tents, business reply envelopes, and a contest entry tear-pad and submission box. The entire kit was mailed in a rigid kraft style envelope with an attention-grabbing purple mailing label.
